Ms. Myeni chairs the Finance Committee, responsible for reviewing financial statements, budgets, and other financial matters before board approval. The committee also recommends policies to maintain and improve the entity’s financial health and integrity, monitors financial performance, and recommends investment and pension plan policies.

Mr. Thango chairs the Audit and Risk Committee, overseeing audit functions, internal controls, and the financial reporting process. He also chairs the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, which manages compensation and human resources policies, training, and development.

Inkosi M Tembe chairs the Social and Ethics Committee, responsible for upholding and promoting ethical conduct within the organization. This involves overseeing investigations related to ethical conduct and advising on the collective responsibilities of board members regarding their fiduciary duties and ethical responsibilities. In addition to this role, Inkosi M Tembe also serves as a member of the Adjudication Committee, contributing to discussions and decisions on matters concluded by the committee.
